General Terms and Conditions
All members of LOKAHI HOLISTIC STUDIO SRL acknowledge having read and agreed to these general terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions of sale

All prices are stated in euros (€). No other currency is accepted.

All sales are final. Prices may be changed at any time, but new rates will only apply to purchases made after the date of the update.

All memberships, class passes, single classes, workshops, events, and programs are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Sharing a membership or class pass is strictly prohibited. Any misuse will result in permanent exclusion without refund.

It is the member's responsibility to settle any unpaid participation or negative account balance. Access may be suspended until payment is made.

Gift cards are valid for all services and products but are non-refundable.

Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and regularly updated.
Memberships, Class Passes, and Drop-In Classes

Memberships grant access to regular classes only (excluding workshops and special events).

Validity of class passes:
- 50-class pass: 12 months
- 20-class pass: 8 months
- 10-class pass: 6 months
- 5-class pass: 3 months
- Drop-in (single class): 2 weeks -
The Discovery Pass is reserved for new clients, valid once per person, and grants access to classes for 4 weeks (excluding workshops and events). Any attempt to register a second time will result in immediate cancellation of the pass, without refund.

No refunds, suspensions, or credit transfers will be granted, regardless of the reason (illness, injury, relocation, etc.).

Monthly memberships with automatic payments are renewed every month. A suspension request can be made with a 14-day notice. If the notice is shorter, a fee equal to 50% of the monthly rate will be charged.
Booking Policy

Payment is required in advance to secure your spot.

Bookings must be made exclusively online via the mobile app.

Members must check in at the front desk no later than 5 minutes before the class begins. After that, the spot may be reassigned.

Being on the waitlist implies automatic registration up to 30 minutes before the class if a spot becomes available.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made through the mobile app at least 6 hours before the class begins.

Cancellations by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Instagram will not be accepted.
-
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, one credit will be deducted — no exceptions.
Open Practice Time
-
Open studio access (outside of group classes, private sessions, workshops, or events) is allowed during opening hours, for a maximum of 60 minutes.

When time slots are available, they will be indicated and can be booked via the app.
-
A valid class credit is required for each open practice session.
Studio Rules
-
The schedule may be modified or classes canceled up to 1 hour before the class. In such cases, no credit will be deducted.

If a workshop or event is canceled, a refund will be issued.
-
The studio opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after each class.
-
Late arrivals are not allowed: once the class has started, entry is denied and the credit is lost.

LOKAHI HOLISTIC STUDIO SRL is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Entry may be denied at the discretion of management.

The team cannot be held liable in case of injury.
Suspension and Extension Policy

Monthly memberships, class passes, and the Discovery Pass cannot be suspended or extended, even with a medical certificate.

Only annual memberships are eligible for a suspension of up to 4 weeks per year, for personal reasons such as holidays, business trips, maternity leave, or illness.

Requests must be sent via email with a 14-day notice, clearly specifying the start and end dates of the suspension.
-
No retroactive extensions will be granted for expired passes.
-
Special offers cannot be suspended or extended.
Annual Membership Cancellation Policy

Annual memberships require a 12-month commitment, payable in monthly installments.
-
Monthly payments are due even in the event of absence (unless an approved suspension is in place).
Early cancellation is only accepted under the following conditions:

Serious medical reasons, supported by an official medical certificate prohibiting physical activity for more than 3 months.
-
Relocation more than 50 km away from the studio, with official proof of address change.
Requests must be submitted in writing, along with the necessary documentation, at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date, via email.

In the event of accepted early termination, LOKAHI HOLISTIC STUDIO SRL reserves the right to charge an early cancellation fee equivalent to one month’s subscription.

In case of breach of the terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment, LOKAHI HOLISTIC STUDIO SRL reserves the right to terminate the membership without notice, without refund, and without the possibility of re-registration.
Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships are non-binding and automatically renewed each month by direct debit.

To cancel, a written request must be sent by email at least 30 days before the desired end date. After this period, the next month will be billed, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that month.
Changing Subscription Plans

Downgrading from a higher-tier membership to a lower one is not permitted during the contract term.

Changes to a lower plan can only be made at the end of the current subscription period, subject to compliance with applicable notice periods.
Minors
-
Registration of minors (under 18) requires written authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Data Protection (GDPR)
