YOGA
We offer a variety of yoga classes tailored to different needs, blending tradition and modernity. Our classes cover a range of styles and intensities. Our instructors are skilled, with solid knowledge of the practice and anatomy, fostering a healthy connection between body and mind. We prefer small groups (12 to 20 people) to ensure closeness with instructors and encourage interaction among members.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that aims to balance the body's and mind's energy by uniting breath (pranayama) and physical postures (asanas). It promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation, creating overall harmony. Used to develop self-awareness and prepare the body for meditation, Hatha Yoga offers a rewarding and soothing physical practice.

Our classes are accessible to everyone and are conducted in small groups of 8 to 15 people (depending on the studio). This approach promotes closeness with coaches, allowing for personalized attention and friendly interactions among members. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, our classes offer a comprehensive approach to improve your physical condition, develop strength, and enhance agility, all in a motivating and stimulating atmosphere.
STRENGTH BUILDING
Strength Building focuses on strengthening muscles using weights, dumbbells, and resistance bands. These sessions target various muscle groups, promoting increased strength, power, and muscle mass. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes provide an effective opportunity to improve body composition and strengthen the body comprehensively.
