We offer a variety of yoga classes tailored to different needs, blending tradition and modernity. Our classes cover a range of styles and intensities. Our instructors are skilled, with solid knowledge of the practice and anatomy, fostering a healthy connection between body and mind. We prefer small groups (12 to 16 people) to ensure closeness with instructors and encourage interaction among members.

HATHA YOGA
A traditional practice that balances body and mind through consciously held postures, breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation. Perfect for improving flexibility, strength, and alignment while cultivating inner calm. Accessible to all, this class is a great introduction to yoga or an opportunity to deepen your self-connection.

Our classes are accessible to everyone and are conducted in small groups of 10 to 15 people (depending on the studio). Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, our classes offer a comprehensive approach to improve your physical condition, develop strength, and enhance agility, all in a motivating and stimulating atmosphere.
STRENGTH BUILDING
Strength Building focuses on strengthening muscles using weights, dumbbells, and resistance bands. These sessions target various muscle groups, promoting increased strength, power, and muscle mass. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes provide an effective opportunity to improve body composition and strengthen the body comprehensively.
